Our Services

Assembly

We offer automated assembly for SMT components supplied in reels or cut tape, down to a pitch and for passive SMD components of size 0201. Components supplied individually can be manually assembled, according to your project's requirements.

Prototyping

Whether it is for a single piece, pre-series, or recurring small-batch projects (about 20 to 30 pieces), Risetronics is the ideal partner for electronic developers. We guarantee complete transparency in cost calculation and effective project management, with a flexible structure that allows for automated or manual assembly.

Rework and Custom Testing

Risetronics offers rework services for your electronic boards, whether they were assembled with us or elsewhere. Each rework project is studied on a case-by-case basis to ensure the feasibility of the operation. We also offer functional testing on your assembled boards, provided that the test procedure and bench are supplied. Contact us to evaluate the rework or to learn more about our testing solutions.

How the Manufacturing of

YOUR PROTOTYPE

Works

1

Preparation of Design Files (CAD)

You provide the files necessary for PCB fabrication:
ODB++, Gerber, or other accepted formats.
These files must include the layers, drill file, board outline, as well as any particular mechanical or technical specifications (controlled impedance, finish, etc.).
2

Verification and Optimization of Technical Borders

You add technical borders to your board and fiducials (alignment marks) to ensure optimal accuracy during assembly.
If your board is small, we recommend grouping several boards on a panel to reduce costs.
3

Creating Files for Assembly

You generate the Pick & Place files (centroid), the BOM (Bill of Materials), as well as the solder paste files for the stencil order.
Ensure that these files are synchronized and up to date to avoid any errors during assembly.
4

Ordering the PCB

We order your PCB according to the specifications you have provided (dimensions, number of layers, impedance, etc.). We will report any remarks from the manufacturer in case of design errors, in order to adjust the prototype if necessary before starting production.
5

SMD Component Assembly

Provide a component placement file in PDF format or a 3D model. This file should show the silkscreen, component orientation, as well as the polarity of diodes and other polarized elements, to help with the correct mounting of components on the PCB.
6

Final Control and Validation of the Prototype

Once the prototypes are assembled, they are all inspected and validated (microscope and automated AOI inspection). We deliver the prototype as soon as possible (7 to 8 days on average after receiving all the materials).
